Which credit cards do you accept?

Yes you can as long as you make the request when you order. Post-shipment requests may incur a charge.Back to Top
How are my orders prepared?
Materials are packaged to commercial and industry standards and cable is provded in longest or best lengths available. Any special requirements (ie: reels only, put-ups) must be declared upon quote and reflected upon the purchase order prior to processing your order. Back to Top
What about freight?
Our standard terms are FOB Origin. Please tell us the name and number of a special carrier you wish to use. Rush and overnight requirements need confirmation from our sales staff. Our shipping department closes at 4:30pm and we are not responsible for carrier pick-up schedules. (Government customers, please note FOB Destination at time of quote).

Murray-Benjamin Electric does not offer engineering advice but we can help you with any technical information available to help you make a decision. Common items may be returned and a restocking charge may apply. Returns on special orders is based on our manufacturers' criteria. Back to Top
What are your standard terms?
All quotes are valid for 30 days and quoted as FOB Origin (unless specified. Cable is based on longest, available lengths with the industry standard variation in quantity of +10/-10%. All items are subject to prior sale. Payment terms are Net 30 days based on credit approval. Credit cards are welcomed. Back to Top
